Description
Downtown Los Angeles Proper Hotel is looking for a highly motivated Line Cook. This historic 148 room renovated Hotel has two restaurants, event venues and a spectacular rooftop bar.

Our Line Cook preps, sets up and provides quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Our Line Cook maintains organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Compensation is hourly plus tips! 

Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Line Cook in fast-paced environment
  • Food handling certificate
  • Flexible schedule - willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
