Role
As a Metal Fabricator (also known as Mechanical Assembler, Machine Operator), you'll assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts using mechanical equipment. You'll also interpret technical prints, provide part quotations, and operate manual mills, lathes, and grinders. Ensuring the quality of parts produced, adhering to safety and health policies, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives are key aspects of this role.
