Role Summary:
We are actively looking for caring Personal Care Assistants to become part of our team in Nevada and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care according to clients' unique care plans
• Support with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist in improving physical health through mobility support, transfers, and exercises
• Prepare healthy meals and help with feeding, taking into account dietary preferences and requirements
• Maintain a tidy and safe living environment by performing light household chores
• Offer companionship and emotional comfort through meaningful engagements and activities
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as necessary
• Record care activities and promptly communicate any changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor
• Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for each client

Requirements and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (if required for client transportation)
