Packer - Mover

My Guys Moving & Storage is seeking Movers/Helpers/Packers in Richmond, VA who wish to refine their skills and boost their income with our all-encompassing training initiative. $15 - $17 hourly

• Efficiently and safely move, pack, and unpack customer items, ensuring their careful handling
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and move coordinators
• Follow directions from the Team Leader and report any pre-existing damage to items
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Maintain punctuality and flexibility in work schedules

• Pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
• Maintain a regular and dependable attendance record
• Be able to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to operate an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack is preferred but not required
