South Bend Chocolate Company in South Bend, IN is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are located at 3300 West Sample St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Field telephone calls
- Receive and direct visitors
- Receive calls and enter wholesale orders
- Monitor fax and email for customer orders and enter them
- Assist with filing
- Place orders for office equipment or business needs
- Assist with Outlet Store and Factory Tours as needed
- Other duties as assigned, this is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Fluent computer technology skills in Microsoft Office Suite, skills in QuickBooks is beneficial
- Sense of humor and zest for life while staying focused on tasks in a busy environment
- All around positive can-do attitude
This is a full-time (Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm) position with medical, dental, vision, life and 401k benefits. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
