Viviano Flower Shop is currently hiring an experienced Professional Floral Designer/Sales Associate to join our talented team.
About Us: Since opening in 1937, the Viviano family and staff have worked earnestly to provide our patrons with stunning fresh flowers, plants, and gifts, complemented by outstanding artistry, service, and value. We seek to serve others by delighting people for all of life's celebrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design floral arrangements
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Answer and assist customer phone calls.
- Listen to customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a professional floral designer at a retail flower shop within the past 5 years.
- Willing to complete a bench test as part of the interview process.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
