Grounds Crew

Goebbert's Farm & Garden Center - a family owned business - is looking for a Grounds Crew Staff Member.  This position will start mid April and will run through June. If interested, the applicant will be able to work in September & October for our Fall Festival.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with carry outs to their vehicles 
• Assist guests with loading of soil, mulch and other items
• Provide excellent guest service in a friendly and efficient way
• Complete daily job lists
• Restock merchandise when necessary
• Maintain a clean work environment 

Requirements

• Must work well in a team
• Must have flexible availability and be able to work days, evenings and weekends
• Must be self-motivated and friendly towards guests
• Must be able to work in a semi-outdoor environment
• Medium to heavy lifting required
• Must be able to stand for periods of time
