Automotive Technician – $18 – $22

 

A local Crookston company is searching for an automotive technician who will have core responsibilities in insert. The automotive technician is a vital role within the company, working on a variety of vehicle types, including building and assembling mechanical components, repairing common mechanical issues in vehicles, and running diagnostic tests to discover potential issues. Our Automotive Technician will most often work independently but will occasionally be expected to work well in a team setting on major projects. 

 

Job highlights:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm
• Automotive/mechanical skills, problem solving, must work well with others. Will occasionally have to talk to or help customers. We will train how to Align vehicles.
• Competitive pay rate $18 - $25 DOE

• Proven experience as a mechanic
• Aptitude in various hand tools and machinery

• Will occasionally have to talk to or help customers. We will train how to Align vehicles.
• Heavy lifting required
• Needs to be in physically strong enough to work on automotive equipment both above head and over engines.
• Will need to be able to be on feet all day
• Be able to follow directions
