Our team of seasoned professionals work to achieve our clients’ long-term objectives by addressing all aspects of our clients’ financial affairs including investment management, estate planning, tax planning, wealth transfers, and succession planning.
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, organized and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to support our Wealth Advisors. Candidates should be motivated to create the best client-facing experience in our industry.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Support advisors by helping prepare for and completing follow-up tasks from client meetings including preparation of financial plans, balance sheets and net worth statements, performance reports, portfolio proposals, and various presentations for client meetings
- Complete paperwork for several processes including client onboarding, private fund entry, and account management
- Assist advisors with the organization and analysis of client information, periodic reporting, preparation of financial plans and responses to client questions
- Assist with tax planning and tax return review tasks
- Schedule travel & meetings for advisors across multiple time zones
- Provide white-glove customer service to clients on accounts and other various needs
- Any additional tasks as they come up or as the business evolves to support the team
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years financial industry experience and/or degree in relevant field
- Series 65 License (or equivalent)
- Experience with CRM software and data management
- Experience with processes and procedures at Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity (Wealthscape) advisor portals
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, accurate, organized and able to set priorities in managing multiple projects
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
