This opportunity is in the Information Technology Department.

Role Description:

In the role of Technical Support Engineer (internally known as, Technical Support Engineer I), you will be part of the company's largest department working on innovative projects supporting access management. You will work closely with new hires, general employees and leadership to identify access management programs by administering user accounts and access privileges while enforcing company and governing authority's policies and procedures. Your contributions around access management will be felt throughout Safety National.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Technical Support Engineer will include managing user accounts and permissions, granting or denying access to company resources based on user role, enforcing company policies and procedures as related to access management and identify and address access management Issues Company wide. You may also be assigned various projects like, creating and managing user groups, documenting identity and access management procedures, keeping up to date best practices for access management and ensuring access is granted with proper documentation for audit compliance.

The ideal candidate is someone with knowledge of Identity and Access management software, such as Active Directory, strong organizational and attention to detail. Some of the essentials skills required of you in this role are, strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines and someone who can be dependable and analytical. Prior experience with Active Directory is required or preferred

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A degree Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience with Identity and Access Management
  • Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access management software
  • Dependable, detail oriented, analytical, organized and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Participates in and promotes a team environment with the department and the company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target salary range for this position is $57,000 to $88,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
