Responsibilities:
- Must be a certified welder (Tig, Mig, & Stick Welding)
- Expertly welds small, medium, and large metals and alloys.
- Performs complex mechanical installations per engineering direction.
- Reads and comprehends construction drawings and specifications.
- Lays out metal, equipment, and other mechanical systems in compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
- Marks up construction drawings and specifications with as-built status.
- Works in conjunction with other crews and lead persons.
- Maintains responsibility for all tools and equipment assigned to the group.
- Helps maintenance/field team when in need
- Employee may be required to perform other duties of a similar nature that are required from time to time by the Company
- Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles issues expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified welder (Tig, Mig, & Stick Welding)
- 3-4 years of welding experience
