Medical Front Office Assistant

Harkins Pain & Sleep Management Group is currently seeking a long term, fulltime medical front office assistant who has the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner, is detail oriented, reliable and motivated to learn and grow within our practice.

Administrative Assistant duties include:

Greeting clients upon arrival

Assisting clients with scheduling and completing financial transactions in person and telephonically Managing incoming phone calls

Medical records processing and management

Data entry

Qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in the medical field is preferred

Must possess excellent time management skills with close attention to detail

Ability to multitask is essential

Ability to meet deadlines and perform duties in a timely manner is essential

Must possess excellent verbal and communication skills

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
