Call Center CSR

Kinetic Personnel Group is currently recruiting multiple Call Center Representatives for a Public Health Plan (government entity). This position will be based in Orange County. 

Pay: $20.81-$24 per hour 

Hours: Mon- Fri 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Job duties:

• Address member and provider inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
• Incoming Queue or Outbound Dialer  
• Maintain departmental productivity and quality standards.
• Provide administrative support and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Enter accurate documentation into internal systems regarding member and provider interactions.
• Complete assigned projects and duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of call center experience, preferably with experience in incoming queues or outbound dialers.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM) required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and job-specific software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in Medi-Cal/Medicaid or health services.
• Knowledge of public health programs and services.
