Assistant Restaurant Manager

International company seeks Assistant Restaurant Manager for location at the Disney property.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Their duties include hiring and training restaurant staff following company policies, speaking with diners to address concerns or solve problems and creating work schedules for restaurant staff.

Assistant Restaurant Managers will take responsibility for the following duties on a regular basis:
• Ensuring all staff complies with company policy, be an example of company values and a community ambassador for our brand.
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handle challenges
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of employees’ hours
• Recording payroll data
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
• Supervising daily shift operations
• Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Appraising staff performance
• Interviewing/recruiting new employees
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels

Ideal candidate will need the following Requirements:
⁃ Authorized to work in the USA
⁃ Prior experience in QSR or Fast Casual concept.
⁃ Over 21 years of age
⁃ Reliable own transportation and a valid DL
⁃ Full availability
⁃ Passion for sustainability and diversity
⁃ Knowledge of Microsoft products
⁃ Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes is a must.
