Job Title: Sales & Customer Success PM

Location: Remote; need to work PST hours

Duration: 18 Months

Lucid Consulting is looking for Sales & Customer Success Program Manager support.

Job Description.

  • Build and own relationships with 10+ customers
  • Educate customers on product capabilities, benefits, and how it can address customer needs based on a deep understanding of the product as well as an understanding of the customers' unique needs
  • Share feedback/issues from customers back to the Microsoft team ensuring important issues are escalated appropriately and resolved promptly
  • Lead meetings with customers and stakeholders, connect customers with other PMs inside Microsoft, and share customer learnings with the broader Microsoft team
  • Drive consensus with your customers to encourage them to deliver on a change management strategy within their organizations
  • Coordinate research with your customers' end users to identify pain points and prioritize scenarios
  • Partner with customers to create and manage a project plan and schedule, including identifying and resolving blocking issues
  • Track and measure usage and user engagement, and recommend changes to increase user engagement
  • Communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress with executive leadership
  • Troubleshoot and debug IT-related issues with customers
  • Complete ad-hoc support requests related to program operations

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applications preferred.
  • Must possess extensive sales and marketing experience skills
  • Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
  • Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
  • The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to all levels (including Executive level), experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs.
  • Demonstrated success in learning and training principles/skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Go to market strategy experience
  • Worked on MSFT internal projects
