Job Description
Job Summary: Kenny Kent Toyota has an opening for a part-time experienced receptionist. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, friendly, outgoing nature, energetic with the ability to multi -task and enjoy interacting with the public. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering phones, greeting customers, communicating with sales staff and waiting on customers and answering questions. Hours for this position are Monday 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Tuesday 5:00 - 8:00 pm and every other Saturday 8:30 - 5:00.

Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- A professional appearance
