We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an Upper Midscale Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record of effective leadership, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Implement and maintain high service standards to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and skilled team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Guest Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement initiatives to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor and control expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and occupancy rates.
- Implement strategies to attract new business and retain existing clientele.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay competitive.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years as a Hotel General Manager
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred (Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related)
- Understanding of all hotel operations
- Strong communication, reading, and writing skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
