We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Richard's Kitchen Store in Houma, LA. Your role will involve reaching out to potential customers, assisting them with product knowledge, and helping them find the right items they need. Compensation:

$35,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in Houma, LA, US
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers and create opportunities to sell food service equipment and supplies
  • Conduct online meetings and/or phone calls to present and demonstrate the company's products and services to clients
  • Follow up with customers regarding their inquiries and product orders
  • Utilize various sales techniques to effectively close sales and generate new business
  • Provide accurate market and competitor analysis reports to the management team at Richard's Kitchen Store in Houma, LA, US
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or completion of a two-year college program in a related field is required for this Inside Sales Representative position in Houma, LA, US
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cold calling/telemarketing
  • The applicant must possess US Work Authorization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and the ability to quickly learn new systems is necessary
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role
