Job Description:

We are searching for a talented, driven, and exceptionally motivated Professional Services Manager to join our growing team. Our Professional Services Manager is responsible for the management of scheduled operations as well as credentialing for our Optometrists and any affiliated Optometrists or Digital Optometric Optometrists. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining & coordinating schedules for all Optometrists & Optometrist Assistants
• Credentialing of all Optometrists & Digital Optometric Optometrists
• Resolving scheduling conflicts
• Scheduling of orientations and providing information relating to new hire orientations
• Processing & approving or denying time off requests
• Approving employee time cards
• Responsible for tracking & communicating additional payments needed for bonuses and or travel stipends
• Assisting with additional Professional Service projects

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Preferred at least 3 years of experience in scheduling & credentialing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent phone communication & etiquette, time management & organization skills
