Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Provides excellent service to members, guests, and program participants at the pool contributing to member retention
- Sells memberships and daily passes
- Handles and resolves membership concerns and informs pool manager of unusual situations or unresolved issues
- Applies all pool policies dealing with member services
- Multi-tasking - including helping customers, answering phone calls, and handling all other duties
- Must be efficient proficient and knowledgeable in customer service, cashiering, and decision making
- Assist with cleaning, emptying trash, and other facility upkeep as assigned
