We have an exciting opportunity available for you as a Customer Care Representative based out of our Contact Center in Greensboro, NC.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES ENJOY MOST:

· Assisting people by identifying and creatively problem solving their issues.

· Partnering with the Field Team and Branch Managers to effectively service the customers.

· Working in a non-traditional call center setting where quality is the number one priority.

· The friendly (and competitive!) work environment that fosters goal getting and success.

· Flipping an issue or service cancellation request into a long-term customer relationship.

· Taking part in industry training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

On any given day, you can expect to answer inbound and make outbound calls, schedule and upsell services, quote prices, prepare sales orders, process payments, make collection calls as necessary, escalate customer issues as applicable, track proposals, and follow up with potential customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO TERMINIX:

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework preferred.

· Experience: 12+ months of combined experience in customer service, face-to-face or via telephone. Sales experience a plus!

· Skills: Effective communication, multi-tasking, problem solving, computer skills including working with spreadsheets, aptitude for numbers.

· Abilities: Adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, works well under pressure.

· Availability: Depending on the time of year, hours may vary between 7:30am-5:30pm and may include occasional Saturdays.
