Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of maintenance related experience including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Weekend availability and call out time on a rotating basis is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and assist in the apartment make ready process for vacant units
  • Completion of assigned work orders for repairs and improvements
  • Must be competent in all phases of maintenance including appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pools, irrigations systems, etc.
  • Property and vacant unit inspections
  • Maintain adequate inventory of parts and supplies
  • Work with the Property Manager to stay within the budget guidelines in regards to expenditures
  • Maintain adequate HVAC, and pool maintenance logs
  • Ensures the parts and storage areas are organized and secured
  • Use of basic hand tools and power tools
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 year of apartment/multi-family experience
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance specific experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
