Accounts Payable Coordinator
ABOUT THE COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and expense reimbursements.
- Verify and reconcile vendor accounts, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice status and payment inquiries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
- Review and analyze vendor statements to identify and address outstanding balances or discrepancies.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
- Previous experience in AP/AR, billing, and/or invoicing
- Previous manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
