If you have a minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience and a passion for precision and quality, we want to hear from you!
Job Summary: As an Assembly Technician II, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of medical devices. Your responsibilities will include using a variety of hand and power tools, soldering irons, fixtures, and work instructions to complete assembly tasks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor other team members, contributing to the success of the entire production team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the highest quality standards and company procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently
- Perform wire crimping, subassembly fabrication, and final product assembly
- Interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
- Identify and address quality or process issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Take on special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with soldering techniques is a plus
