The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Concrete Construction Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Bartley "Safety Always" program
- Ensure PPE Program
- Ensure Fall Protection
- Ensure Concrete Pumping Safety
- Ensure On-site Accident Procedure
- Receive daily goals, drawings, and budgets from Team Leader
- Lead and submit Daily Huddles
- Monitor time clock for field workers
- Communicate with GC Super. and Team Leader
- Allocate Equipment / Operators
- Manage materials and deliveries
- Manage Project Scheduling
- Supervise field workers
- Supervise subcontractors
- Create pre-build shop drawings
- Attend Pre-Con Meeting
- Manage Project Layout
- Manage Construction
- Manage Cold Weather Concreting
- Manage Hot Weather Concreting
- Manage job documentation
- Monitor Labor Return Job Costing
- Manage Customer Service
- Assist/Support Crew Personnel
- Execute Change Orders
- Manage Profitability
Required Experience:
Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction.
This position requires experience with some of the following concrete phases:
