Soliant Education is currently seeking dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Claremont, New Hampshire area. Position 1: 1:1 Setting with 16-Year-Old Student

• Program: Autism Day School Program
• Shift: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Position 2: 1:1 Setting with 2nd Grade Student

• Student Needs: Emotional Behavior Dysregulation
• School: Public Elementary School in the District
• Shift: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Work collaboratively with the school team to support the student's needs
• Collect and record data on student behavior
• Provide feedback and progress reports to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements:

• RBT Certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and emotional behavior dysregulation
• Strong munication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt as needed
