Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various diagnoses.
Provide therapy sessions consistent with patients' needs and goals, and adjust as necessary.
Document and report on patients' progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to integrate speech-language pathology services with other healthcare services.
Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and techniques for managing speech and language impairments.
Participate in professional development activities and stay current with the latest research in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Valid state license/certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
