HR Coordinator - Full-time

Position Overview:

 

Provide administrative support for the department, schedule and conduct new hire orientations and enter a high volume of employment information into our human resources management system.

What You’ll Do: 

• Provide administrative support for full cycle recruitment
  • Coordinate employee referral program for location.
  • Coordinate hiring process for regular & seasonal staffing.
  • Attend job fairs (virtual and/or onsite).
  • Complete departmental status changes for location as needed.
  • Review job applications, schedule & conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new hires, including scheduling of NHO, background check, I9 and new hire processing.  Assist new hires with completion of tasks.
• Support department recordkeeping & compliance
  • Maintain personnel files and other records and compile reports from the database
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
• Provide HR clerical and operational support to Operations staff
  • Assist with reporting updates to the organization including staffing, turnover, exit interviews, LOAs, etc.
  • Support employee surveys.
  • Assist with employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Provide feedback on new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department and services performed.
• Complete special assignments and projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College or technical school coursework preferred.
  • Equivalent Work experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of job-related experience, preferably in a human resources department; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Unwavering integrity and confidentiality with employee, vendor and company information.
• Ability to review and analyze information to reach actionable conclusions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to manage time efficiently.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HRIS and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience and knowledge with applying state and federal laws associated with Human Resources.

Compensation Range: $21.00 to $23.50/hour

 

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
