Apartment Maintenance Technician (weekly pay) (no on-call)

We are seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to work at apartment communities all across the Richmond and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

• Make Ready/Turning apartments
• Plumbing: repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, etc.
• Electrical: repair, replace or install power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights and fans
• Painting and drywall repairs
• HVAC repairs and certification is not required but experience is a plus
• Appear professional and willing to follow dress code and appearance standards according to the community
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Prove your ability to be prompt and on time every day
• Have basic mechanical aptitude
• Be able to solve problems and work with minimal supervision, when necessary
• Any other task assigned by management

When it comes to adding new maintenance technicians to our amazing team, we are looking for candidates with experience and a can-do attitude. Property management experience isn’t necessary, but certainly a plus. Carpentry, Hotel, Motel, Condominium, Mobile Home, Bank Foreclosures, or Construction maintenance experience is welcomed!
