Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As a vital member of our maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and our residents' needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management, addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies as needed.
