Project Designer

Join a company committed to making customers’ dream homes a reality! Quality Design & Remodel, a division of Quality PM Inc., is a trusted remodeling firm, and we are looking to expand our Design team. This position will work closely with our clients, team members, and vendors to complete the designs and selections for our remodeling projects.  

$60,000 - $85,000 yearly

• Guide clients through the process from initial consultation to contract approval
• Create designs that meet the functionality and investment needs of our clients
• Develop floorplans, renderings, and a detailed install packet, based on the final job scope
• Conduct site measures, design meetings, selection appointments, a contract review meeting, and job walkthroughs for each project
• Accompany clients to all vendor appointments and make sure all necessary selections are made
• Prepare and present all pricing to clients, in order to determine their final decisions
• Place orders for all materials needed to complete the project
• Work with the sales and estimating departments, contractors, vendors, and project managers to meet job requirements

• Strong ability to envision and implement innovative design concepts
• Proficient in utilizing Chief Architect software or equivalent design tools
• Exceptional communication skills for effective project management
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
