Accessories Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accessories Salesperson to join our team at Krause Family Ford in Woodstock, Georgia. As an Accessories Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling automotive accessories to our customers and increasing our dealership's revenue. This is a full-time, individual contributor role, with a base salary and commission structure.

Compensation & Benefits:
The total compensation for this role is between $60,000 to $120,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition to the base salary and commission, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Determine the needs and wants of the customer and provide product recommendations and information
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits
• Upsell and cross-sell accessories to customers
• Process orders and arrange for installation of accessories if needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to encourage future business
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends and assist management with upfit designs
• Maintain and organize showroom and accessory boutique inventory
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education and/or sales training is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of automotive accessories and their features and benefits
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
