Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Solar Panel Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our solar panel systems to residential and commercial clients. You will be an essential part of our mission to create a more sustainable future by expanding the adoption of solar energy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calls, and networking.
  • Assess customers' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Deliver compelling and informative presentations to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and proposals, outlining costs, savings projections, and financing options.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and provide excellent customer service throughout.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, incentives, and regulations related to solar energy and communicate these to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our installation and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.


Qualifications:

  • A track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the solar energy or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of solar panel technology, energy efficiency, and the benefits of solar energy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software, as well as basic computer skills.
  • Completion of relevant sales training programs or certifications is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is required, as travel to customer sites may be necessary.
