IMPACT
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to maintenance service requests, troubleshooting problems and making repairs.
- Perform the maintenance needed to flip an apartment timely and efficiently for move-in.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of A/C units, appliances, pools, and plumbing fixtures.
- Install and repair electrical wires, plugs, and switches.
- Assist in inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager to items that need repair.

Licenses and Certifications:
- Blue Ridge Companies requires you to have a valid driver's license to drive the golf cart.
Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The national Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, as well as CFC Certification – Type I and Type II must be obtained within 6 months of being hired.
