Job Summary:

The Heavy Equipment Painter and Sandblaster position is integral to our company's vision of maintaining top-tier equipment. This role not only ensures our equipment is painted to perfection but is also responsible for the essential pre-painting processes like sandblasting. With an attention to detail, dedication to safety, and a hands-on approach, you will be key in keeping our equipment in impeccable condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sandblast, prep, and paint heavy equipment ensuring consistency and quality.
• Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies.
• Dismantle equipment when necessary and assist with part numbering.
• Store equipment parts efficiently and systematically.
• Uphold all safety standards, especially when handling tools and machinery.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless workflow and maintain equipment schedules.
• Any and all duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial painting experience.
• Previous experience painting heavy equipment or related field is essential.
• Proficient understanding of safety protocols related to painting and sandblasting.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment like forklifts and sandblasters.
• Can lift at least 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing.
