Employment Type: Part-time, 6 days a week

Shift: 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $12.00 per hour

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand located at 5946 Hwy 72 E in Gurley, AL, is seeking a Nighttime Cleaning Crew Member to join our team part-time. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant during closing hours, assisting with cooking as needed, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Essential Job Functions:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors.
• Sanitize restrooms, dining areas, and other customer-facing areas.
• Dispose of trash and maintain a litter-free environment.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, and exterior of the restaurant.

Closing Procedures:

• Follow closing procedures outlined in the Operating Standards Manual.
• Secure cash registers and ensure accurate recording of transactions.

Cooking as Needed:

• Assist with food preparation and cooking during busy periods as required.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.

Team Support:

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient closing operations.
• Communicate maintenance or cleanliness issues to management promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals properly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant maintenance, cleaning, or cooking preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
