CNC Maintenance Technician
Position Summary:
We are currently hiring CNC Maintenance Technicians for multiple shifts in a facility in Clinton Township, MI. The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
This position is for 2nd shift (3:15 pm - 11:45 pm), 3rd shift (11:30 pm - 7:15 am), or a SPLIT shift between these two. This is a DIRECT hire position. Pay is $25-35/hr depending on experience.

Shift Times for the CNC Maintenance Technician:
  • 2nd Shift: 3:15pm – 11:45pm (Monday – Sunday- normal schedule is 6 -8 hour shifts)
  • 3rd Shift: 11:30pm – 7:15am (Monday – Sunday- normal schedule is 6 -8 hour shifts)
  • Split shift option between these two shifts
  • Sundays are paid double and optional
  • Up to 56 hours per week
Position Responsibilities of the CNC Maintenance Technician:
  • Responsible for diagnosing and repairing miscellaneous manufacturing equipment with little or no support needed
  • Must have rolling toolbox & knowledge of tool room equipment
  • Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs
  • Examines parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear
  • Repairs, replaces, adjust, and align components of machinery and equipment
  • Runs repaired machinery and equipment to verify adequacy of repairs
  • Maintains accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory
  • Able to lead problem solving and troubleshooting efforts associated with high-level process issues
  • Provides guidance to employees in the Maintenance Department
  • Adhere to Team handbook, quality, safety, and environmental standards, policies, and procedures
  • Assure all safety devices are properly in place and utilized, PPE is always worn correctly, and reporting of any near-misses, injuries or accidents occurs immediately
