What does a Pool Maintenance Worker - Seasonal do?

As a new Pool Maintenance Worker, you'll start each day by checking water levels and adding chemicals as needed to maintain a perfect balance. You'll then skim the pool surface, clean filters, and ensure all pool equipment is in top-notch condition for our guests. Throughout the day, you'll keep a close eye on the pool area, ensuring safety rules are followed, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. To thrive as a Pool Maintenance Worker, you'll need to have a good understanding of pool water chemistry and health code standards to ensure the safety of all swimmers. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Regular testing and maintaining pool water chemistry to health code standards
  • Daily cleaning duties - including vacuuming, brushing pools; cleaning/scrubbing pool deck
  • Cleaning in and around pool buildings including locker rooms; emptying trash; moving/restocking supplies
  • Demonstrate customer service skills when assisting guests as needed.
