A growing property management company is looking for an experienced property maintenance technician.

The candidate must be experienced in renovating HOMES (plumbing, light electrical, dry wall, painting and flooring, and finishing) ,have own transportation and all necessary tools related to apartment -Homes maintenance projects.  

Compensation:  $15.00-20.00/ hour depending on experience.  We are not afraid to pay you if you what you are worth if you have experience, are reliable, and can work independently!

Holiday pay and paid time off after 3 months probation.
