Our painters perform a variety of duties including scaffold assembly, sanding down old paint, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint, and painting interior or exterior walls. Our ideal candidate has previous work experience as a house and industrial painter and is comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools to get the job done. $38,000 - $52,000 yearly

• Coat painted surfaces with primer or sealer
• Use job specifications to mix and match paint and stains
• Prepare surfaces for painting by filling holes and cracks with putty and sanding
• Meet with customers to understand what they want and make suggestions
• Erect scaffolding when required

• Protect trim, floors, fixtures, and furniture from paint using drop cloths and covers
• Use a paint sprayer when the job requires it
• Repair small drywall patches
• Maintain a neat and tidy work area
• Document your work daily in our software app on your phone
• Communication professionally with the Project Managers

• Stamina, standing for long periods of time, dexterity, and physical strength is required
• We prefer candidates with 2 years work experience and a completed apprenticeship, but not required
• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong communication skills, time management skills and attention to detail

• Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position
• Experience with painting tools and techniques is required
• Experience with a paint sprayer
• Clean driving record
