*Qualifications of an LPN:*
* Currently licensed as an LPN (State of New York)
* Certification program completed as an LPN
* CPR/BLS certification

*Responsibilities of an LPN:*
* Licensed Practical Nurse will care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
* Licensed Practical Nurse will provide basic patient care and treatment
* Licensed Practical Nurse will collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
* Licensed Practical Nurse will educate and update patients on medical treatments

*Requirements to Apply:*
* Updated resume
* 1 Valid ID _(either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)_
* Social Security card
* Drug Screen
* Fingerprinting- Background check
* LPN license
* Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank _– for payroll_
* 2 reference letters / references to call
* Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption
* BLS/CPR
* TB Test (PPD/Quantiferon) _– at least within the last 12 months_
