Job Overview:

The administrator will take part in evaluating, planning, migrating, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365 services. The incumbent will perform Microsoft 365 tenant management tasks, including identities, security, compliance, and supporting technologies. They will also serve as a subject matter expert over the entire Microsoft 365 environment. They will provide effective and efficient Tier 2-level service desk support of all user issues for both cloud-based and client application-based.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience designing, deploying, and migrating Microsoft 365 services
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Information Technology and Services
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Azure AD and Exchange
  • Progressive experience in a technical help desk or a customer service environment
  • Microsoft 365 Teams administration experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology related field
  • Experience in Healthcare field
  • Experience migrating from on premise to Microsoft 365 cloud
  • Microsoft OneDrive and Sharepoint Helpdesk Support experience

Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable remove when posting):

  • Microsoft certifications

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift working, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Days to work: Monday-Friday + On call support 1x/month
  • Report to the Oceanport, NJ office a minimum of 1x/month
  • FT/Exempt

Essential Functions:

  • Exchange on-premises/hybrid maintenance and administration.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 Teams.
  • Testing, implementation, and deployment of Exchange Online.
  • Managing Microsoft 365 cloud services, e.g., (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SQL, AD Connect, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Microsoft Licensing
  • Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi Factor Authentication.
  • Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
  • Perform migrations and deployments related to the building, upgrade and maintenance of MS Exchange.
  • Troubleshoot active sync issues with mobile devices.
  • Help ensure team performance meets or exceeds defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Working knowledge of Mail flow concepts (Routing, DKIM, SPF)
  • Understanding of DNS
  • Working Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory maintenance and administration
  • General Windows Server (2012-2019) administration
  • Office 365 SharePoint Administrator experience is a plus
  • Microsoft certifications a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Train local support team members, Relationship Managers and Data Analysts on incident origination processes and modifications implemented within the ticketing system
