General Info on the Position:

  • Hours needed: (Mondays-Thursdays) with 1 hour lunch and eventually on Fridays
  • Starting pay is $17 per hour
  • Hired as Independent Contractor, transition to Employee after 3-month preliminary period
  • Must work for 1 year before receiving benefits which include 1 week paid vacation and 5 personal/sick days per year.
  • Being bilingual is a huge bonus.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Help manage various overflow tasks from the CEO and manager so they can stay focused on the vision and mission of the company.
  • Maintain all operating procedures including answering phones, scheduling and checking out patients, inventory, letter-writing, basic marketing activities (weekly e-mails blasts and monthly newsletters), light office tidy-up, calling insurances (checking benefits), personal injury handling (printing records), and more!

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented – able to catch the small elements that can throw things off
  • Mature, stable and no drama – even when things go wrong
  • Big-picture focused – able to see ahead and anticipate what’s needed
  • Tech-savvy – Especially knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organized like a ninja – nothing slips through the cracks!
  • Reliable – Won’t stay home and miss work because you have the “sniffles”

Our CEO and Clinician, Dr. David DeRosa started his own wellness clinic 20 years ago with the focus on helping people through Chiropractic care. In 2007, Dr. DeRosa was propelled into the field of Clinical Nutrition after experiencing some health challenges. We have experienced tremendous growth and are now one of the top clinics in the area treating people with a combination of Chiropractic care, Spinal Decompression, Cold Laser Therapy and Nutrition Response Testing.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the CEO and office manager. The right person for this job will recognize that their role in the practice is vital and key to practice growth.
