Become the face of the Concrete Supply Company!
Join the front line of a 100% employee-owned company with a long history of helping customers around the southeast with their concrete and hauling needs. We are looking for an individual who is ready to grow with our company and be ready for any challenge that comes their way. The day-to-day task for this role is as follows:
- Answer calls as they come into the company line and redirect them to the proper party.
- Greet customers and vendors as they arrive at our office and direct them to the correct location.
- Work on small admirative tasks such as scanning in documents, sorting driver quarry tickets, etc.
- Assist the accounting/billing team with administrative tasks such as checking off outside hauler invoices, assisting with checking driver trip reports, filing DOT required documents, etc.
- Assist the admin team with any tasks requested.
