We are a home health agency who provide non-skilled personal care services to medicaid children with developmental disabilities from 0 to 21 years old.
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- HHA/CNA
- Clean Background
- High School Diploma
- CPR/First Aid Training and Certification
- Infection Control Training and Certification
- HIV/AIDS 4hour Awareness Training and Certification
- Be a FL State Medicaid Provider (if you are not this is something we assist with and further details are provided during interview and orientation process)

Personal Care Services provide medically necessary assistance with ADL that enables the recipient to complete age appropriate tasks that they would normally be able to do on their own but because of their medical condition or disability, they may not.
