Dental Patient Coordinator/Receptionist

Modern, state-of-the art general dentistry office that focuses on quality, patient-oriented dental care.

We are seeking a professional, reliable, accountable and caring individual for our Patient Coordinator position. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish (not an option). Must be able to multi-task, maintain a friendly disposition when working with patients, be efficient, able to work independently without being micro-managed and be a team player. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully.

Office hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and one Saturday a month from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

- scheduling appointments,

- contacting patients for follow-ups/treatments,

- insurance verification,

- collections,

- generating patient treatment plans and letters,

- following up with insurance claims,

- maintaining OSHA and HIPPA regulations,

- managing the schedule to make sure it is full and running efficiently,

- Responding to clinical and operational concerns timely and effectively. Be accessible and responsive.
