Server/Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our cafe team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by greeting them and offering refreshments and daily specials. Associated tasks include preparing and serving beverages and simple eats in a timely and efficient manner. Your energectic and willingnmess to smile and engage the customers is a must.

Duties:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations

- Prepare and serve beverages and simple eats according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers, ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Follow proper procedures for opening and closing the bar

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong cash handling skills with the ability to accurately process payments
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $130.00 - $200.00 per day

Expected hours: 12 – 32 per week
