The Original Pancake House is known around the world for its authentic breakfast offerings, which are based on classic recipes, some passed down for generations. We’ve been serving food that we’re proud of since 1953.
We love what we do and we're looking for a person who will get excited about our mission as we are. This person interacts with customers in a friendly engaging manner, assists in maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant and ensures efficient table turns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Buses, sanitizes tables according to state standards, resets tables and ensures 2 minute table turns.
2. Brings bus tubs to kitchen.
3. Interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
4. Answers the phone, accepts and processes carry out order and relays orders to kitchen via the point—of—sale computerized register system.
5. Observes customers, anticipates and responds to any additional needs/requests.
6. Provides guest assistance as needed or observed.
7. A participating member of the team by running food, pre-busing tables, seating customers, refilling beverages and cleaning as they go.
