Join Our Team at La Masseria

We are looking for servers to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Salary: $7.98 to $9.00 per hour.

Restaurant Server is generally offered a part time opportunity.

Prior experience is highly desirable in one of the following roles and brands: server, servers, waiter, waiters, wait staff, runner, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member, customer service or other part time FOH restaurant jobs at La Masseria, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Yard House, Tap 42, Lazy Dog, Cheesecake Factory, TGI Fridays, Longhorn, True Food Kitchen, Maggiano's, Chick-fil-A.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet guests, present menus, and make recommendations upon request.
* Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and seasonal offerings.
* Ensure tables are kept clean and set for new guests, resetting quickly between seatings.
* Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Assist with tasks like restocking and general tidying as needed.
