Job Description
- Inspect Parts in Any of the Production Areas as Assigned by Group Leader or Manager
- Support Quality Functions in Any of the Production Areas Including Defect Analysis
- Perform Measurements and Part Checks
- Record and Analyze Data Collection and Entry for Inspected Parts and Quantity of Defects
- Perform PDCA Activity in Production Areas and QAV’s
- Have the Ability to Lead Pre-Shift Meetings and Educate Production Departments on Defects
- Able to Lead Problem-Solving Activities Including Whiteboard and Kaizen Activities
- Basic Computer Skills Such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic Documentation Skills
- Basic Measurement Skills
- Coachable and Positive Attitude
- Prompt and Regular Attendance
- Able to Work OT on Short Notice
